The vault only takes, it doesn't give backCredentials are encrypted with their own separate key. Once a secret is pasted in it is never displayed again, to anyone, and every reveal is on the record.
Walled off by constructionYour data is separated from every other customer in the code itself, not by a setting someone could get wrong. An automated test fails our build if anything tries to go around it.

Education, built in

Serve schools? Arca speaks fluent school.

Generic service tools treat a school like any other company. Schools aren't: term dates change the clock, the trust or council often signs the cheque, and the official schools register, not Companies House, is the source of truth. Arca was built inside an IT provider that serves both, so the school-shaped extras are built in, and invisible when a customer isn't a school.

Run the IT inside a school yourself? It all works in one building too. Staff email you the way they already do, every message becomes a ticket with an owner and a next action, and the queue splits by department, site or whoever is on duty. A team of two gets the same clocks and the same reporting as a team of twenty, at no extra cost per person.
